Return and Refund Policy
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Saibala Crackers reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded within 15 working days.
- Once payment has been successfully made, no changes or amendments can be made to the order.
- Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
Claims & Returns
- Customers are expected to verify that the invoice matches the order details and ensure the package is in good condition at the time of delivery.
- No claims or returns will be accepted after delivery under any circumstances.
- If any product is found to be missing or damaged at the time of delivery, we will either:
- Replace the item(s) within 3–4 working days, or
- Refund the proportional amount within 15 working days.
- In the event that specific items are unavailable due to unavoidable reasons, Saibala Crackers reserves the right to dispatch substitute products of similar type and value.
